01. LIFE TRANSITIONS & MAJOR LIFE CHANGES

Find your footing when life changes.

Some changes are chosen. Others happen before we feel ready for them.

You may be navigating divorce, grief, an empty nest, a career shift, changing relationships, or another major transition that has left you wondering what life is supposed to look like now. Even positive changes can bring uncertainty, and loss.

Counseling gives you space to process what has changed while beginning to make sense of what comes next.

Together, we can explore what you’re leaving behind, what you want to carry forward, and how to move into this next chapter with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Our work may include: life transitions, divorce and separation, grief and loss, empty nesting, changing family dynamics, identity shifts, major decisions, and adjusting to unexpected change.

02. RELATIONSHIPS, BOUNDARIES & CONNECTION

Understand your patterns. Build healthier connections.

Relationships shape so much of how we experience our lives. They can be a source of belonging and meaning- but they can also bring up some of our deepest insecurities, frustrations, and patterns.

Maybe you struggle to communicate what you need. You find yourself overgiving, avoiding conflict, or feeling guilty when you set a boundary. Perhaps you notice yourself repeating similar relationship dynamics and want to understand why.

Or maybe you’re wondering how to find, build, or maintain the kind of relationships you genuinely want.

Counseling can help you explore how you connect with others, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop healthier ways of communicating and relating.

Our work may include exploring attachment and relationship patterns, boundaries, communication styles, dating, family and friendship dynamics, and building stronger, more fulfilling connections.

03. SELF-ESTEEM & PERSONAL GROWTH

Feel more like yourself- and trust yourself more fully.

You may be capable, thoughtful, and accomplished while still questioning yourself far more than anyone around you realizes.

Self-doubt can show up as second-guessing your decisions, comparing yourself to others, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling like you should somehow be further along by now.

Sometimes, it simply feels like you’ve lost touch with yourself.

Therapy can help you understand the experiences and patterns that have shaped how you see yourself while creating space to decide who you want to be moving forward.

Together, we can work toward greater self-confidence, healthier boundaries, a stronger sense of identity, and the ability to trust your own voice rather than constantly looking outside yourself for reassurance or direction.

Personal growth isn’t about becoming someone entirely new. It’s about feeling more comfortable, confident, and authentic in the person you already are- and the person you’re becoming.

Our work may include: self-esteem, confidence, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, boundaries, identity, perfectionism, self-doubt, meaning and purpose, and personal growth.

04. CAREER COUNSELING & CAREER TRANSITIONS

Build a career- and a life- that fit who you are now.

Your work is a meaningful part of your life. When it no longer fits, the impact often reaches far beyond Monday through Friday.

Maybe you’ve lost the spark you once felt in your career. You’re successful on paper but find yourself wondering, How did I get here- and is this really where I want to stay?

Perhaps you’re considering a career change, recovering from burnout, navigating workplace stress, or trying to figure out what you want your next professional chapter to look like.

Or maybe you’re earlier in your career and feeling the pressure to make big decisions before you’re entirely sure who you want to become.

With years of experience in career counseling, I bring both a reflective and practical perspective to these conversations.

Together, we can explore your strengths, values, identity, goals, and the patterns influencing your decisions. We’ll make room for the practical realities of career change while also considering the bigger question:

What kind of life do you want your career to support?

Career decisions aren’t just logistical- they’re personal. Our work honors both sides.

Career counseling may include: career and major exploration, career transitions, career indecision, burnout, workplace stress, professional identity, imposter syndrome, early-career decisions, midlife career changes, meaning and purpose, and creating a more fulfilling relationship with work.

Additionally we may work on: job search skills, LinkedIn profile & strategy, resume, interview prep, and networking.

05. ANXIETY, STRESS & OVERWHELM

Quiet some of the noise.

Sometimes your mind just doesn’t seem to stop.

You replay conversations. Think through every possible outcome. Question decisions you’ve already made. Feel responsible for keeping everything- and everyone- okay.

From the outside, you may seem completely capable. Inside, you may feel mentally exhausted from constantly thinking, planning, anticipating, and second-guessing.

Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic. It can show up as overthinking, perfectionism, indecision, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, irritability, difficulty relaxing, or the constant feeling that you should be doing more.

Therapy can help you understand what’s fueling your stress rather than simply telling you to “worry less.”

Together, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you overwhelmed, develop healthier ways of responding to anxious thoughts and emotions, and help you feel calmer, more confident, and more grounded in your everyday life.
